About the author
NANDISH V. PATEL researches information systems design for actual organized action, focusing on the notion of deferred action to cohere rational design to work with actual action. His research was entered in the UK government's Research Assessment Exercise. Designers have applied deferred action design principles to systems analysis practice, and design of citizen information systems and commercial banking systems.
