About this book

This book explores the process of organization and systems design. Researchers will glean radically different epistemological and ontological perspectives; designers will acquire entirely different intellectual tools, principles and mechanisms of design and managers should learn to think of organization and systems differently.

About the author

NANDISH V. PATEL researches information systems design for actual organized action, focusing on the notion of deferred action to cohere rational design to work with actual action. His research was entered in the UK government's Research Assessment Exercise. Designers have applied deferred action design principles to systems analysis practice, and design of citizen information systems and commercial banking systems.
