Reviews
'This book investigates an area that currently appeals greatly to researchers both in management and information systems. Bettina's approach to examining the relation between the new communication technology and organizations from the viewpoint of information-processing is both comprehensive and insightful...the book is well researched and the empirical findings of particular interest. All in all, this is a timely book that will no doubt contribute significantly to research in this area.' - Soumitra Dutta, The Roland Berger Chaired Professor of E-Business and IT, Dean of Technology and e-Learning, INSEAD
