M Ramesh is Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
WU Xun is Professor in the Division of Social Science and the Division of Environment at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also an Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
