About the editors
Caterina Carta is Associate Professor of International Relations at Université Laval, Quebec City, Canada. She holds a Canada Research Chair in Public Diplomacy.
Richard Higgott is Emeritus Professor of International Political Economy at the University of Warwick, UK, and Research Professor at the Institute for European Studies (IES) and Distinguished Professor of Diplomacy at Vesalius College (VUB), Brussels, Belgium.
