One Belt, One Road, also known as the Belt and Road Initiative, is a project initiated by the Chinese President Xi Jinping. The “One Belt” refers to the Silk Road Economic Belt, while the “One Road” refers to the 21st-century Maritime Silk Road. This project involves almost 65 countries and connects China to the world.
