General submission guidelines
The IMF Economic Review publishes peer-reviewed, high-quality, context-related academic research on open economy macroeconomics and it is open to outside submissions. All queries regarding submissions of papers for consideration should be made by e-mail to:

The IMF Economic Review can only accept submissions of unpublished manuscripts which are not being considered by other publications. All articles are subject to peer review and the final decision to publish rests with the editors.
Submissions should be made via the online submission site.
