Launched with the publication of Why the Social Sciences Matter in January 2015, our Social Science Matters campaign marks our commitment to championing original and authoritative research within the Social Sciences.

As a publisher of high quality, peer-reviewed research, we work closely with our academic community. We established the need for this campaign by conducting interviews, discussing pain points in workflows and identifying opportunities for promoting what we publish. Social Science Matters is a result of this research.
