Tables and Illustrations

Supply tables, figures and plates on separate pages at the end of the manuscript; clearly indicate the position of such figures on the page where they are introduced.

Provide captions for figures and plates (including sources and acknowledgements) on a separate page.

Present tables with the minimum use of horizontal rules (usually three are sufficient) and avoid vertical rules except in matrices.
